Enrollment Verification

Every recent UA grad qualifies for this scholarship that provides cash grants to students transitioning from high school to college. Students are awarded $150 for submitting their fall class schedule at their chosen 2 or 4-year college.

Eligibility & Process

Enrollment Verification Eligibility:

  • Matriculating to college the semester following high school graduation

  • Enrolled at a 2-year or 4-year college
  • Enrolled full-time or part-time for the Fall

Enrollment Verification Submission Process:

  • Complete the Enrollment Verification application

  • Submit enrollment verification form or Fall class schedule to [email protected]

  • Signed and returned FERPA form to University Academy Foundation

Scholarship Award Amount

$150 for full-time or part-time enrollment

Reminders

  • The awards are given to students at the College Send Off event on August 2, 2023
  • If students do not attend the event, their award will be mailed by August 4th
