COLLEGE INCENTIVE PROGRAM (CIP)

UA Foundation is pleased to offer all UA alumni in college this extraordinary opportunity to earn up to $8,000 during their undergraduate career!

All UA alumni currently enrolled in college are eligible to receive one financial reward per semester for up to six years post-high school graduation. This reward is based on the prior semester (term) GPA.

The Spring 2024 CIP application cycle is now open and closes on June 21, 2024.

Eligibility & Process

College Incentive Program Eligibility:

  • Enrolled full-time or part-time in Spring 2024

  • Enrolled full-time or part-time for Fall 2024

College Incentive Program Submission Process:

  • Complete the CIP Application Form
  • Email your documents to [email protected]
  • Send your Fall 2024 schedule

  • Send your official transcript (with Spring 2024 grades included)

    • Official transcripts can be ordered in your online college portal or at the Registrar’s Office on your campus

    • Parchment and National Student Clearinghouse are the most common transcript providers
  • OR Send your unofficial transcript (with Spring 2024 grades included)

    • Unofficial transcripts can be downloaded in your online college portal

    • Unofficial transcripts must be accompanied by a letter from your advisor verifying your grades and credit hour enrollment

Scholarship Award Amounts

FULL-TIME (12+ credit hours)

  • $1,000 for semester GPA of 4.0
  • $750 for semester GPA of 3.0 – 3.99
  • $500 for semester GPA of 2.0 – 2.99
  • $100 for semester GPA less than 2.0

PART-TIME (6-11 credit hours)

  • $450 for semester GPA of 4.0
  • $350 for semester GPA of 3.0 – 3.99
  • $250 for semester GPA of 2.0 – 2.99
  • $100 for semester GPA less than 2.0

GRADUATION

  • $500 one-time reward for bachelor degree completion

*Special note: Rewards are based on the semester term GPA, not cumulative GPA

Reminders:

  • We will mail out the CIP checks by mid-February
  • Late submissions will not be accepted
  • All awards will be sent out via USPS
  • If you’d like to pick up your award in person, please let the ASP Director know
  • Have all the required documents ready to send as you complete the submission form
