Middle School Summer Camps

Why Summer Camp?

Summer camp scholarships give students a once in a lifetime experience in a fun and safe environment away from home. Students attend sleepaway camp for 2 to 4 week sessions in the mountains of Colorado or on a lake in Minnesota. Campers are engaged in activities to build confidence, independence, essential soft skills, and a sense of community with new friends from all over the world. Campers learn to flourish out of their comfort zone, explore personal interests, discover new passions, and immerse themselves in nature. The camp experience also prepares students and parents to take advantage of opportunities in the Upper School and better prepares students for college and life success.

Scholarships Available to UA Middle School Students

UA Foundation offers full scholarships (valued up to $7,000) for UA 6th-8th graders to attend elite summer camps in Minnesota and Colorado. Scholarship recipients attend camp for 2 or 4 week sessions where they are engaged in a large variety of camp activities. Campers build confidence, independence, essential soft skills, a sense of community and respect for the wilderness.
