- Katanna Clark, a graduate of UA’s first graduating class, had a life-long dream to be a lawyer. As the end of her two-year Alumni Success Fellowship at University Academy Foundation was approaching, Katana started to study for the LSAT and research law schools. She was accepted to the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, and began her law studies in the fall of 2020. She graduated this past May and immediately started studying for the bar, took it in July, and passed with flying colors! Katana is now working as a Lead Counsel at Martinez, Dietrich, & Zarcone Legal Group in Houston.
