“This summer at Children’s Mercy was truly a defining experience for me. I gained
valuable insights into my future career in Healthcare Administration and developed a deeper
understanding of hospital operations. The hands-on knowledge I acquired will stay with me,
thanks to the incredible people who guided me along the way. The Guest Services team affirmed
that my passion for healthcare is shared by many and reassured me that I am on the right path.
Witnessing their dedication to supporting the community opened my eyes to the many avenues I
can pursue in this field. I am especially grateful for the guidance and support of UAF throughout
